Second time in this hotel...its cleaned all time ..swimming pool is great... location is perfect and staff is amazing ...good value for money

Good value for money

Location is convenient, staff are nice and friendly. Rooms are basic but comfortable.

It would be nice to have toiletries in the bathroom, they provide a little soap bar but no shampoo. For the price you can't complain though.

Breakfast fine for a couple of days but limited choice becomes repetitive. Took me 2 days to see someone find the yogurt. No English speaking channel on tv- sorry I’m a Brit

Very Good

Staff were very helpful and friendly from reception,porters,cleaners,breakfast staff nothing was too much. The pool and breakfast areas very serene. Water for showering was really warm. There's a good restaurant nextdoor called scampi (half bottleof CP wines really good)and slightly further down were pizza and shwarma places. Unipris for gifts and snacks, cablecar to kasbah and oldtown area to the left. And beach 10 minute walk away. Boarding pass was printed by staff though if you're stuck there is an Internet kiosk across the street. Breakfast was light but nice none the less. A couple of very cute resident cats were well looked after and fed I assume by staff in the outdoor areas. One grey and white kitten is very playful and beyond cute. It's nice to see animals treated well.

There was no kettle, bottle of water in the room even on the first night or fridge. No shampoo just one lonely bar of soap for 4 nights. Pool area and bar close at 6pm in winter,7pm in summer. Pool could be cut in half for children and adults to keep the water warmer perhaps. Though large cooler pools in agadir seem to be the norm. Rooms are fatigued. Painting of the bathroom only to light turquoise in parts or one statement wall in the room from all white and changing room doors from wooden to a white updated colour, better lighting in halls would be alot nicer. The TV in my room didn't work though I didn't ask for help with it I was too busy. I'm sure staff would've fixed it. Rooms are not fully sound proof but the areas not particularly loud either. And it seemed guests were spread out well.

It is so cheap! Breakfast was okay..eggs, bread, coffee, cheese spread. Pool and staff were great

It was really good I’ll be back soon.

The hotel has:- 1) Good place and not so far from Agadir beach maybe around 15 minutes by walk. 2) Good wifi. 3) The price for the room is really so good and lowest price on Agadir. 4) The receptionists are really friendly and always smiling. 5) I haven’t try the breakfast at hotel which cost 5 euros for one person. I can’t give a feedback for breakfast. 6) I think this hotel is really good for who want to book and enjoy on the beautiful Agadir city with cheapest prices.

1) The owner of the hotel need to change the bathroom especially the shower place is outdated and the bathtub is very disgusting. 2)The rooms must to have air conditioning because the weather is very hot. 3) There were no shampoo at hotel. The hand soap is really so bad and smell not good.

As a client, I really appreciate the employee's work , they are so nice, helpful and each one smile at your face even that one who is cleaning the pool or the one who is standing at the hotel's door. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Excellent Location, Accommodating Staff, and Improved Comfort After a Room Change

We recently had our second visit to Hotel Kamal. The hotel boasts an excellent location, cleanliness, and a warm, welcoming staff. It's conveniently situated just an 8-minute drive from the marina zone. We particularly enjoyed the pool area. Our initial night was less than ideal due to our room overlooking the noisy street, which disrupted our sleep. However, upon requesting a room change, the accommodating staff were more than willing to help and promptly moved us to a quieter room. This greatly improved the rest of our stay.

Our only gripe was the lack of an air conditioning system.

It’s close to the beach and nice restaurants. The receptionists are extremely helpful and very friendly. Very nice pool.
